The teenage soul is the easiest to please it seems. They love crazy vibrant colors and styles, the way that I did when I was that young. I started making cuff bracelets because that seems to be the "in" thing now.
They were pretty easy to make, here are some steps on how I made them
Step 1. Choose cute fabrics
Step 2. Cut small pieces of the fabric out and sew them back to back so that when you unfold them the sewn part is hidden. Do this to several pieces until the fabric is about 5" or 6" in length.
Step 3. Iron the edges of the fabric to make the sides even, then sew a stitch on each side.
Step 4. Cut a coordinating piece of felt long enough to overlap your fabric strip about 1/4" or so, then stitch them together.
Step 5. Cut 2 tiny holes on each side, this is where you will attach the silver eyelets.
Step 6. Bust out your carpenter skills and hammer those eyelets onto your fabric
Step 7. Pick out a pretty ribbon and lace up the cuff
Step8. Wa-la! you have a lovely cuffed bracelet! Here is the finished product!
